This Privacy Policy explains how RoomFoundry collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the service or communicate with us.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use RoomFoundry.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.
- Account information, such as your email address and authentication details.
- Room and project content, such as room photos, generated room images, room type, design preferences, written instructions, Keep Requests, project names, and saved design versions.
- Purchase-related information, such as purchase status, purchased Design Pack, order reference, and entitlement status. Payment-card and certain checkout details are processed by Stripe rather than directly by RoomFoundry.

2. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve RoomFoundry.
- Create accounts, authenticate users, and secure access to projects.
- Process room photos and written design instructions to generate and display room-design outputs.
- Provide Design Packs, Free Previews, refinements, project history, and shopping recommendations.
- Process orders, confirm purchases, administer entitlements, and respond to refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
- Send transactional messages, such as sign-in codes, purchase confirmations, service notices, and support responses.

3. AI processing and room content
RoomFoundry uses third-party AI and cloud service providers to process room photos and written design instructions and to create design outputs.
When you request a render or refinement, we may transmit the applicable room photo, project information, and design instructions to our AI service providers so they can process the request and return an output to us.
4. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, authentication, preferences, and analytics.
We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use RoomFoundry, improve product performance, measure feature adoption, and diagnose usability issues. RoomFoundry does not intentionally send room photos, generated room images, written room instructions, payment-card information, or direct identifiers such as email addresses to analytics event properties.
5. How we share information
We may share personal information with:
- Service providers that help provide hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, background jobs, security, and technical support.
- Stripe, which processes checkout, payments, refunds, disputes, and certain transaction support matters.
- Affiliate merchants and networks when you select an affiliate product link.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, authorities, and business transferees where reasonably necessary.
- Others with your direction or consent.
6. Affiliate links
RoomFoundry may show links to third-party merchants, including Amazon. When you click one of those links, the third party's policies govern the collection and use of information on its site.
RoomFoundry may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through certain affiliate links. Shopping recommendations are intended to help users find visually similar products; they are not guarantees that a product is identical to an AI-generated item or appropriate for any particular space.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide RoomFoundry, maintain your account and projects, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service.
Deleting a project or account may not immediately remove information from secure backups or records we must retain by law. We will delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal requirements.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or appeal of certain personal information decisions.
To exercise a privacy right, contact jacob@codeprint.io with the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
RoomFoundry is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised Last Updated date.
