Refund Policy

Room Foundry's Free Preview is complimentary and is not refundable. A Free Preview includes one initial room render before purchase unless Room Foundry expressly states otherwise.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law and the applicable payment processor's processes.

For purchases made inside the iOS app, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to Apple. Room Foundry cannot independently reverse an Apple charge.

Credits used for successfully delivered generations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Unused credits and the circumstances of the request will be considered during review.

Credits are restored when a generation fails because of a Room Foundry, provider, or system error. If you believe a failed generation incorrectly used credits, contact us and we will review it.

A successfully delivered generation is considered used even if you later decide that you do not like the artistic direction or want a different refinement.

Contact support@roomfoundry.com with:

• The email address used for the purchase.
• The approximate purchase date.
• The credit pack purchased.
• A brief explanation of your request.

Please contact Room Foundry support before initiating a chargeback whenever possible. If a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, or charged back, Room Foundry may pause new credit purchases and credit-consuming generations while the matter is reviewed.

We do not automatically delete existing room projects solely because a payment dispute occurs.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right you may have under applicable law.
