Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to one-time RoomFoundry Design Pack purchases. Purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout.

1. Free Preview

RoomFoundry's Free Preview is complimentary and is not refundable. A Free Preview includes one initial room render and no refinements unless RoomFoundry expressly states otherwise.

2. Design Pack refund requests

If you purchased a Design Pack and have not used any Room Design from that purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable law and Stripe's processes.

Once a Room Design from a purchase has been started or consumed, including by generating an initial paid render or completing a paid refinement, that portion of the purchase has been used and is generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

If a pack contains multiple Room Designs, we may refund the unused portion when permitted by law and reasonably practicable. We may deduct the value of any Room Designs already used, refunds previously issued, promotional credits, or other adjustments.

3. Generation failures

A Room Design is not consumed when a generation fails because of a RoomFoundry, provider, or system error. If you believe a failed generation incorrectly consumed an entitlement, contact us and we will review it.

A successfully delivered generation is considered used even if you later decide that you do not like the artistic direction or want a different refinement.

4. How to request a refund

Contact jacob@codeprint.io with:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The approximate purchase date.
  • The Design Pack purchased.
  • A brief explanation of your request.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact RoomFoundry support before initiating a chargeback whenever possible. If a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, or charged back, RoomFoundry may remove unused Room Designs or temporarily freeze affected entitlements while the matter is reviewed.

We do not automatically delete existing room projects solely because a payment dispute occurs.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right you may have under applicable law.
