Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Room Foundry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

Room Foundry provides AI-assisted interior-design tools. The service may let you upload a room photo, provide instructions and preferences, receive AI-generated design concepts, make refinements, save versions, and view product recommendations.

A Free Preview generally includes one anonymous initial room render and consumes no credits. When an eligible completed preview is first saved to an account, Room Foundry may grant one non-expiring promotional credit.

Credits are fungible across eligible Room Foundry generation actions. A first generation for a new room currently uses two credits, and each later generation in the same room currently uses one credit. Viewing, saving, comparing, downloading, and shopping recommendations currently use no credits.

If an authorized generation fails because of a Room Foundry, provider, or system error, the reserved credits are restored. A successfully delivered generation is considered used.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service, including features, models, product recommendations, or purchase options, subject to applicable law.

Room Foundry produces AI-generated visual concepts. Outputs are for inspiration and planning only.

• Outputs may contain errors, omissions, distortions, inaccurate dimensions, or unexpected changes.
• A requested item may not be preserved perfectly, and an output may not match your room, lighting, scale, structure, or real-world conditions.
• Outputs are not architectural plans, engineering plans, construction documents, safety advice, accessibility advice, building-code advice, permit advice, or professional interior-design advice.
• You are responsible for confirming dimensions, product compatibility, structural conditions, installation requirements, code compliance, landlord or HOA approvals, and the suitability of any product or project for your space.

User Content means photos, images, text, instructions, preferences, and other content you provide through Room Foundry.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant Room Foundry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use User Content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service; comply with law; and enforce these Terms.

• You own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• You will not submit sensitive personal information or images of people, especially minors, unless you have a lawful basis and all necessary permissions.

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, Room Foundry grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use generated outputs made available to you through the service for your personal, lawful interior-design planning and sharing purposes.

Room Foundry retains all rights in the service, software, workflows, prompts, interfaces, templates, trademarks, and underlying technology.

Room Foundry offers one-time credit purchases. Credits do not expire unless applicable law permits otherwise and Room Foundry clearly states a different term before purchase. We do not currently offer subscriptions unless expressly stated at checkout.

Stripe processes purchases made through web checkout. Payment transactions, payment methods, receipts, refunds, and certain transaction-related support matters are governed by Stripe's applicable terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

Apple processes purchases made inside the iOS app. RevenueCat provides purchase-status infrastructure used to verify those Apple transactions. Apple's applicable terms, billing, and refund processes also apply to iOS purchases.

A purchase does not grant credits based solely on a browser confirmation or return page. Room Foundry grants credits only after it receives and verifies the applicable server-side payment confirmation.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, applicable law, and Stripe's applicable terms and processes.

If a refund, payment reversal, or chargeback occurs, we may pause new credit purchases and credit-consuming generations while the account is reviewed. Login, viewing, downloading, shopping access, support, and account management remain available unless a separate security or legal reason requires restriction. We do not automatically delete existing projects or generated outputs because of a payment dispute.

Room Foundry may show product recommendations and links to third-party merchants. Product recommendations are based on visual similarity and available information; they are not guarantees of exact identity, price, availability, quality, compatibility, or merchant performance.

Room Foundry may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through certain affiliate links. When you click a third-party merchant link, your relationship is with that merchant.

You may not use Room Foundry to:

• Violate law or the rights of others.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, payment controls, rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, probe, or interfere with the service except as permitted by law.
• Use automated means to create accounts, generate high-volume requests, or extract content without written permission.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as factual, professionally verified, or created by a person when that would be misleading.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room Foundry disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room Foundry and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of Room Foundry after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
